In today’s market there are several “”specialty loans”" that offer a variety of benefits to the homebuyer. If the home is located in a rural area – the 100% USDA Rural Housing loan is offered to qualified applicants at a great interest rate. I am happily married to my husband Dave for over 20 years. I have a lovely daughter, Noelle, who is a teenager and is a blessing from above! We love sports and love to watch college football.

I was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska. Needless to say, I have enjoyed skiing since I was five years old. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and love animals.

I started in the mortgage business fresh out of high school at the age of 17. Working in the Willamete Valley as a Loan Originator for the last 20 years, has afforded me hundreds of friendly clients, who refer their family, friends, and co-workers.
