I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 1994. Ten of those years I owned and operated my own company. What we do as mortgage originators help our communities flourish and grow. One of the biggest purchases in our lives is buying a home. It can be overwhelming and very personal and very scary at times. It’s imperative we, as loan originators, make sure to educate clients with as much information as possible. So many things have changed over the years. Mortgage loans have changed dramatically since 2006, but it’s still possible to obtain a mortgage. You need the right person to guide you through the hills and valleys of the mortgage loan process. Education is the best way to help clients. The more you know, the more you are comfortable with the process. Not every loan program will fit all clients, but I’ll do my best to make sure you have the options to choose the one that is right for you. I started in this industry as a Mortgage Loan Processor. I learned so much. I was like a sponge. I wanted to know more and more. I started training Mortgage Loan Originators. I then decided I wanted to help my community and the best way to do that is to become a Mortgage Loan Originator. From that point on, I’ve been helping my community own homes. Current and past clients referring other clients is the best compliment I could ever receive. I take pride in what I do. I care about the people in my community. In helping clients obtain a loan, and becoming so deeply rooted in their lives. It’s important we help you understand the whole process from start to finish.
I moved to Central Oregon when I was 18 years old. My husband was from this area. We were married in 1979 and have been here ever since. This is my home. Many of those years were spent hunting and fishing. My freezer was always full of either fish, Deer or Elk. It was incredible to be able to live like that. I have a daughter who I love dearly. My family is here. Several of my family members have lived here for over 50 years. This is not a pit stop in my life, this is my home. My daughter is all grown up. My husband has worked in a feed and farm store for many years. Between the 2 of us, we can’t walk into a restaurant or a store without running into people we know. People that walk up and talk to us knowing we helped them. I love this about where I live. I love working in my yard, driving to our many lakes and rivers to just take in all the beauty of Oregon. We are lucky to live in this incredibly beautiful state called Oregon.
