Beth Morey - Mortgage Loan Originator
Location: “Serving the Willamette Valley”
I began my mortgage lending career in 1995. Since that time, I’ve become focused on giving customers the information they need to make an informed mortgage decision. My role is to offer loan program choices with their corresponding explanations, and then assist, if necessary , in choosing the most appropriate financing for each customer’s unique situation. I strive to take away the confusion in the home loan process with communication. I know the buying/selling process can be overwhelming. My primary goal is to keep all parties updated throughout the transaction. I’m experienced in the typical loan products like FHA, Conventional, HARP, and Homepath. My specialties are zero down programs like USDA and VA, as well as renovation/improvement loans such as the “203k”.
I grew up on a row crop farm in Stayton, and have lived in Stayton virtually all of my life. My personal interests revolve around family and sports – primarily the Regis High School sports of my children. My volunteering includes high school functions, fundraisers, and sporting events as well as involvement in my church. I have two grandsons with swimming lessons that I assist with bi-weekly. I’m engaged to be married which adds two more children to my life. Vacations are often structured around our kids’ sports – and we LOVE it that way!
